What You’ll Be Doing Designing, developing, and deploying high-performing machine learning models for computer vision tasks (image classification, object detection, segmentation, video analysis). Conducting data analysis, feature engineering, and model optimisation to ensure top-tier performance. Collaborating with cross-functional teams (data scientists, software engineers, product managers) to turn business needs into technical solutions. Building and maintaining scalable ML pipelines using AWS (SageMaker, EC2, S3, Lambda, Rekognition). Staying up to date with the latest in ML and computer vision research and applying new techniques to real-world challenges. Contributing to the development of ML infrastructure and best practices. Mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning. What We’re Looking For Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a strong ML focus. Solid understanding of deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers). Proficiency in Python and ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn. Strong experience with AWS services and cloud-native development. A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for learning and innovation. Bonus Points For Familiarity with MLOps principles. Background in distributed computing or large-scale data processing.
