We are seeking a diligent, confident, and self-motivated solicitor with a strong background in secured lending and property finance to join this dynamic and fast-paced department. The Role: You will handle a broad range of high-quality work, including: Acting for banks and short-term finance lenders Managing bridging and property finance transactions Handling dual and separate representation matters Advising on both commercial and residential property finance deals ✅ What We’re Looking For: 2 years PQE (flexible for exceptional candidates) Strong experience in commercial/residential property and secured lending Proven ability to manage a busy caseload in a fast-paced environment Excellent technical knowledge and attention to detail Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills Experience in bridging finance is highly desirable A proactive approach to business development Why Apply?
