Service Designer

SC Cleared Service Designer £500 outside Fully Remote Overview: Here at Anson McCade we are in search of an experienced Service Designer for a major project within government. The ideal candidate will have expertise in service design and user research designed to support cross-functional teams in the discovery, design, and delivery of user-centered services. Criteria: Demonstrable experience in service design, ideally within agile, multi-disciplinary teams Strong understanding of design thinking, human-centered design, and GDS Service Standard (for UK government contracts, if relevant) Proficiency in tools such as Miro, Figma, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail, or equivalent Experience mapping complex systems and visualising service interactions Details: 6-12 month contract Up to £500 outside IR35 Hybrid/London ASAP start date If this role is of interest please apply!
