HR Transformation Project Manager

To be considered, you must have hands-on experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors projects (e.g., Employee Central, Workzone), a background in HR transformation, and proven experience within the broadcast media or wider media industry. Unfortunately, we're unable to progress applications that don't meet these essential requirements. Senior Project Manager - SAP HR Transformation (Contract) We're recruiting on behalf of a major broadcast client for a Senior Project Manager to lead the first phase of a large-scale HR transformation programme. The role will see you managing complex, multi-workstream SAP projects, working closely with senior stakeholders, selecting and applying suitable delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), and overseeing governance, planning, and risk management. This is a hybrid contract (2 days a week onsite in London or Birmingham) for an initial 7-month term, starting ASAP.
