Mechanical Project Manager - London - Design and Build Location: London Contract Length: 12 months Rate: DOE (Outside IR35) Working Arrangement: On site / office About the Role: g2 are seeking both a Mechanical Project Manager to lead a project in London. This is an excellent opportunity to manage mechanical works on a significant Commercial Fit Out project. The role is a 12-month contract with the potential for extension, requiring an immediate start and full-time on-site commitment. What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within the construction industry, ideally with a focus on Commercial fit out or similar projects. Design and Build experience Strong technical expertise in mechanical systems and construction processes. Demonstrated ability to manage teams and effectively coordinate with contractors and stakeholders. Exceptional organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Full-time availability for on-site / office work in London.
