Key Responsibilities: Manage your own caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases , remortgages, and transfers of equity. Draft and review contracts, deeds, and legal documents with precision. Conduct Land Registry applications and title checks . Advise clients on Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) . Handle shared ownership and new build purchases . Liaise effectively with estate agents, lenders, and other professionals to progress transactions smoothly. Your Profile: ✔ 1-6 years' experience in residential property conveyancing. ✔ Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or experienced paralegal qualifications desirable but not essential. ✔ Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. ✔ Confident communicator with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
