Company Description Advance are a leading Uk designer and manufacturer of conveyor systems providing a unique mix of standard modules and project specifc designs and solutions. Advance are currently looking for a UK Manager to lead client facing operations to include Sales, Projects and Customer service to provide a comprehensive and rounded approach to client support and relationships. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a UK Sales Manager located in Newton Aycliffe. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet company targets, manage and lead a sales team, establish and maintain strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and provide accurate sales forecasts. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales reports, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. The Sales manager will also be responsible for overseeing the project managers within the department to ensure seemless implementation of projects through the sales and delivery process. Qualifications Strong sales skills, including customer relationship management and negotiation Proven experience in sales strategy development and execution Experience in project delivery and management. Leadership and management skills to effectively lead a team Excellent communication and presentation skills Analytical skills for market analysis and sales forecasting Ability to work on-site in Newton Aycliffe Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Experience in the automation industry is a plus
