Corporate/Capital Markets Associate (5 PQE) Contract - 6-Month Contract Location: London Start: ASAP Experience: 5 PQE An international law firm is seeking a senior associate (5 PQE) to join its corporate team on a contract basis for 6-months (likely to be extended). The team advises on a broad mix of corporate and capital markets matters, and this role offers exposure to complex, cross-border work with both UK/European and US elements. Key Areas of Focus: Equity Capital Markets – including stock exchange listings in London, New York, and Europe Debt Capital Markets – including high yield and investment grade deals Structured Finance and Securitisation – including insurance-linked securities and catastrophe bond transactions Ideal Candidate: Solid ECM and DCM experience is essential Experience with stock exchange listings and high-yield bond transactions is particularly relevant Interest in building knowledge of insurance-linked securities and capital markets structures within the insurance space Confident working across multiple jurisdictions and coordinating with various stakeholders Able to integrate quickly into a collaborative, fast-paced transactional team This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded practice and gain experience in a growing and specialist area of the market.
