Role Overview: They are looking for a 3PQE Solicitor with a background in commercial litigation. The successful candidate will assist with a wide range of contentious matters and will have the opportunity to work closely with senior lawyers on complex, high-value cases. Key Responsibilities: Assisting in the management and resolution of a broad spectrum of commercial disputes, including contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes. Requirements: Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (3PQE ). Experience with a varied caseload of Commercial litigation. Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Commercial awareness and ability to apply legal knowledge pragmatically. A team player with a proactive, client-focused attitude. Desirable: Experience in high value commercial litigation. Familiarity with arbitration or alternative dispute resolution. Exposure to cross-border disputes or international clients.
