Conveyancer – Lincolnshire Salary: £35,000 - £55,000 Location: Grantham, Lincolnshire Firm: Regional firm Experience: 2 years fee earning Work Arrangement: Hybrid Oculus Legal Group are working with a very well established regional firm looking an experienced Conveyancer to join our dynamic and growing team. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload and contribute to the continued success of our property law services. Key Responsibilities: Handle a full range of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity. Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to progress transactions efficiently. Ensure all transactions are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records using our case management system. Provide exceptional client care and maintain strong client relationships.
