HR People Partner – Employee Relations & Projects Location: Hybrid 2 days in office (SE1) Salary: £41,500 Hours: 35 hours per week, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for employee relations and project delivery? We’re looking for a dedicated HR People Partner to join our client, focusing primarily on end-to-end employee relations cases and supporting key organisational projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage complex employee relations cases from start to finish Provide expert ER advice and coaching to managers and senior leaders Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practice Deliver and support HR projects to drive continuous improvement Act as a trusted partner, influencing and supporting managers on ER matters Maintain strong organisational and case management skills in a fast-paced environment What We’re Looking For: Proven track record managing complex employee relations cases and advising senior management In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality Friendly, approachable, and professional with a customer-focused mindset Proactive, results-driven, adaptable, and discreet Strong IT skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
