My client is currently seeking a talented Property Manager to join their team. My client is a leading provider of high-quality student accommodation across the UK. Their mission is to create comfortable and convenient living spaces for students, offering a home away from home during their academic journey. Role Overview: As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of student properties. Your primary objective will be to ensure the smooth operation of these properties, delivering exceptional service to both tenants and landlords. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including maintenance, repairs, and tenant inquiries. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Coordinate with maintenance teams and contractors to address any issues promptly. Act as the primary point of contact for both tenants and landlords, addressing concerns and facilitating communication. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including university representatives and local authorities. Monitor rental income and expenses, ensuring financial targets are met. Requirements: Previous experience in property management or a related field is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations about property management. A proactive and customer-focused approach. Location: This position is based in the office in , with some travel to visit properties across the UK.
