Who We’re Looking For: 5 years in contracts recruitment 2 years managing recruiters and scaling teams Proven track record building successful desks Commercial and strategic mindset. What You’ll Be Doing: Leading the contracts division across Life Sciences, Infrastructure, Data Centres, and Energy Coaching, mentoring, and growing the team Driving business development and client strategy Working closely with SLT to innovate and scale
