Job Opportunity: Lead Product Manager – SuccessFactors Establishment Control and Data Hybrid/Remote | Fixed-Term (12 months, until July 2026) Salary: £59,139 – £72,692 We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager to drive the delivery of improved establishment control and data as part of our People Systems Project (Phase 2). This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-impact workstream that will enhance position management processes and data quality, enabling better planning, forecasting, and reporting. What You’ll Do Lead a multidisciplinary team using agile methodologies to deliver business and system change. Develop and communicate a compelling vision and roadmap for establishment control. Champion user needs and ensure solutions deliver real value. Collaborate with stakeholders across the University to drive engagement and adoption. Manage priorities, timelines, and resources to deliver measurable outcomes. Foster a culture of openness, collaboration, and continuous improvement. What You’ll Bring Proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors , especially in position management and establishment control. Strong background in product management and delivering business change. Experience using agile methodologies and leading high-performing teams. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills. A user-focused mindset with the ability to balance competing priorities.
