Telemarketer

In this role, you’ll engage with potential customers to spark interest in electronic components and services, generating leads and quotation requests for our internal sales team. Telemarketer responsibilities: * Conduct outbound calls to both new and existing business clients. * Identify and engage potential customers across various industries. * Promote our range of electronic components and services. * Log and manage leads, opportunities, and pipeline activity using CRM tools. * Collaborate with the internal sales team to hand over qualified leads and quotation requests. * Keep accurate records of all interactions and outcomes. Skills & experience required: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident phone presence. * Self-motivated and proactive with a positive attitude. * Ability to quickly learn product details and communicate value clearly. * Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus. * Previous experience in telemarketing or telesales is beneficial, but not essential – we value attitude and potential above all.
