As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and assisting customers with their enquiries. Responsibilities - Assist customers in identifying and sourcing the correct parts for their vehicles or equipment. - Maintain an organised inventory of parts and accessories, ensuring all items are accurately logged. - Communicate effectively with customers over the phone and in person, providing clear information regarding parts availability and specifications. - Utilise Excel to manage inventory data and generate reports as needed. - Ensure that all customer interactions reflect professionalism and excellent phone etiquette. - Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and improve service delivery. - Stay informed about new products and industry trends to better assist customers. Experience - Previous experience in a similar role is required. - Strong organisational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records. - Proficiency in Excel is advantageous for managing inventory data. - A passion for customer service and a willingness to learn about automotive parts and accessories.
