Production Operative

Location: Bristol, Avon Hours of Work: 40 Hours per week, Monday to Friday Salary: Competitive Bonus Scheme The Role Glulam Timber Engineering, part of the Keystone & Wyckham Blackwell Group of Companies, is seeking a Production Operative to join the team based at their manufacturing facility in Avonmouth. Role Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include: Operate machinery and hand tools in a safe manner, adhering to Health & Safety Regulations full training will be given. Use company documentation and designs to produce required engineered timber components. Organise cut timber efficiently to maintain production needs. Assist in all areas of production as required. Complete any relevant and mandatory training skills to assist with personal development and multi-skilling. Assisting with loading of vehicles, adopting safe lifting & handling procedures. Ensure that the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is worn at all times. What do we offer? Previous experience in our industry, along with a forklift license, would be advantageous but is not essential full training will be given to the successful applicant.
