CRM Executive

Regis and Supercuts hair salons engage with thousands of guests across the 80 hair and beauty salon network in the United Kingdom. We are recruiting a CRM \ Performance Marketing Executive to join our face paced creative marketing team. You will be experienced in Digital Marketing, CRM and play a key role in managing customer acquisition, loyalty and retention via our digital channels. You will be analytic and adept at extracting, modelling and using data alongside its creative application. The role reports to the Senior Marketing Manager and works collaboratively with the marketing team and business stakeholders. Some specifics Coordinate the CRM programme for Regis and Supercuts including data extraction maximising opportunities within the CRM platform. Analyse customer behaviour and business performance, and use insight to create targeted datasets to target communication. Set up and send all automated email sends and monitor and evaluate performance in line with brand guidelines and data protection regulations. Demonstrate experience coordinating paid media and performance channels. Analyse and report on performance channels.
