The Role: Youll be supporting a team of solicitors with a broad caseload of litigation matters. Your day-to-day duties will include: Preparing court documents, legal correspondence, and hearing bundles Managing solicitor diaries and booking court hearings and appointments Liaising with clients, counsel, and courts in a professional manner Maintaining organised digital and physical case files Drafting basic correspondence and handling telephone/email queries Filing documents with the courts and tracking case deadlines Supporting the team with general secretarial and administrative tasks About You: At least 4 years experience in a litigation legal secretary role Knowledge of court procedures in Northern Ireland Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines A friendly, team-focused approach with excellent communication skills For more information about this opportunity, reach out to Ciara O'Connor at Artemis Human Capital.
