Conveyancing Legal Secretary (hybrid working)

Location: Belfast (Hybrid working available) Salary: Competitive, based on experience Contract: Full-time, permanent Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be working on an exciting new role with a long-established law firm in Belfast that is currently looking for an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join their growing property team. Theyre known for developing their staff and creating a positive, respectful environment where people enjoy coming to work. The Role: Youll support solicitors with residential conveyancing files. Duties will include: Preparing and processing contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements Carrying out Land Registry applications and submitting Stamp Duty returns Liaising with clients, estate agents, banks, and other law firms Keeping case files up to date and assisting with post-completion work Drafting routine correspondence and managing telephone/email queries Booking appointments and managing solicitor diaries General administrative duties including photocopying, scanning, and data input About You: Minimum 4 years experience in a conveyancing secretary role Strong working knowledge of conveyancing procedures and Land Registry requirements Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Confident communicator with a professional, client-focused manner Able to work independently and as part of a supportive team Benefits: Hybrid/flexible working Positive and inclusive office culture Opportunities for long-term development Competitive salary and benefits Supportive leadership team For more information, reach out to Ciara O'Connor at Artemis Human Capital.
