Technical Support Engineer

We are delighted to be working with an established IT support company based in Salisbury, providing top-tier services to businesses across the region. We’re looking for a skilled Technical Support Engineer with Sophos firewall experience to join their friendly, growing team. What you’ll do: * Provide remote and on-site IT support to local business clients * Configure and troubleshoot Sophos firewalls * Support Windows servers, Office 365, networking, and general IT infrastructure * Work independently across multiple client sites What we’re looking for: * Strong Sophos firewall experience (required) * 3 years in IT support or field engineering * Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills * Full UK driving license and own vehicle Nice to have: * Sophos certifications * Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, Google Workspace) We offer: * Competitive pay * Laptop, phone, and mileage reimbursement * Training and development * Supportive, down-to-earth team
