Architectural Technician

I'm working with a respected architectural practice based in Cambridgeshire that is looking to engage an experienced Architectural Technician on a contract basis, fully remote, outside IR35. This client work on a range of project types including: commercial, residential, industrial Key Details: Role: Architectural Technician Location: Fully remote (UK-based candidates only) IR35 Status: Outside IR35 Software: Proficiency in Revit is essential Client Location: Cambridgeshire Contract Length: Initial 3-6 months with potential for extension Start Date: ASAP The ideal candidate will have strong technical detailing skills, be confident producing working drawing packages in Revit, and be able to work independently to tight deadlines. Experience in residential or education sectors would be beneficial, though not essential.
