Multi Trader

TXM Recruit is working in partnership with an award-winning organisation on an exciting new project in Torquay. They are looking for experienced Multi traders to become part of an ever expanding and skilled team, working on a long-term social housing contract. MAIN DUTIES * Using a handheld devise, inspect jobs and report findings to the office for them to quote. * Diagnose and rectify faults within core and other trades related repair requests. * Various domestic maintenance tasks. - General property maintenance * Responsive maintenance & void property maintenance. * To ensure that the quality of work always meets the highest possible standards. * Undertake all work efficiently and cost effectively, minimising non-productive time wherever possible and reporting any difficulties encountered to the Resource Controller and /or Supervisor. Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week. Pay: £180 Per day (CIS). Van and tools required.
