Contracts Manager

A well-established and design-led residential housebuilder in the Midlands is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of 2–3 live developments across the Worcestershire/Warkwickshire area. This is a key leadership role for a proactive and results-driven professional with a strong background in housebuilding and multi-site management. The Role As Contracts Manager, you will take responsibility for managing multiple construction sites, ensuring each project is delivered to the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. Working closely with site teams and senior leadership, your focus will be on driving programme performance, ensuring compliance, and maintaining a consistent approach across all developments.
