Quantity Surveyor Project Delivery Consultancy Based in Pall Mall, London Permanent: up to £65,000 Package We are currently searching for a Quantity Surveyor to work with one of the most highly regarded Project Delivery Consultancies in the UK. They pride themselves on having repeat work from a range of high-profile clients and operate across the residential and commercial sectors. As a Quantity Surveyor in a project delivery consultancy you will operate in a strategic and leadership role, overseeing cost management and commercial aspects of construction projects on behalf of clients. Role: * Lead cost planning, budgeting, and financial control across project lifecycles. * Manage procurement strategies, tendering, and contractor selection. * Oversee contract administration, including change control and claims management. * Monitor and report on project financial performance, risks, and forecasts. * Ensure compliance with contract terms, construction law, and best practices. * Support project delivery teams with commercial advice and strategic input. * Represent the consultancy in client meetings, providing clear, expert commercial guidance. Required: * In-depth knowledge of cost planning and construction contracts * Experience working a mix of residential and commercial project would be preferred. * Commercial awareness and risk management * Strong negotiation, leadership, and client-facing skills * High level of accuracy and attention to detail * Applicants from consultancy and contracting backgrounds are welcome.
