Site Manager

Actaris Site Services require a site manager for a company specialising within the roofing, cladding and externals space. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a strong understanding of roofing techniques, and the ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: • Ensure all on-site activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards. • Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to guarantee timely and cost-effective completion. • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and team members for smooth project execution. • Regular site inspections resolve issues or delays promptly. • Ensure work is carried out in accordance with plans, specifications, and industry standards. • Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, material orders, and site diaries. • Foster a positive work environment promoting teamwork and collaboration among site personnel. Job Requirements • Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably within the roofing industry. • Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques. • Excellent organisational and project management skills. • Strong leadership and communication abilities. • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices.
