Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 (DOE) package Type: Permanent, Full-Time Assistant Quantity Surveyor – Civils & Groundworks (Residential) We’re seeking an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established civils and groundworks contractor based in St Albans. Our projects span residential schemes of 80 to 400 units, with packages up to £20m in value. This is an ideal opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step. You’ll receive dedicated support from a Senior QS, with a clear path to running your own jobs within 12–18 months. As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role in managing costs, supporting project delivery, and ensuring commercial control across multiple housing developments.
