Job Description • Prepare and manage annual budgets and quarterly forecasts. • Analyse financial results and provide insightful commentary to stakeholders. • Develop financial models to support strategic decision-making. • Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure accurate reporting. • Monitor key performance indicators and identify trends for improvement opportunities. • Provide financial insights to support business growth and operational efficiency. • Assist in preparing presentations for senior leadership and external stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The Successful Applicant A successful FP&A Manager should have: • Worked with a planning and reporting solution in a previous role, ideally having been part of an implementation project. • Experience of working in an FP&A role in a fast-paced business, where dealing with change is the norm, preferably in financial services or wealth management. • ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with three to five years post-qualification experience in a relevant role. • Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling. • Proficiency in accounting principles and financial reporting standards. • Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial software. • A relevant qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field
