Financial Controller

Interim Financial Controller, Manufacturing West Yorkshire I'm working with a great business who is going through a period of substantial change and transformation. They're seeking an immediately available Financial Controller to lead the finance team either on an interim or interim to permanent basis.About the Role:This is more than just a numbers' role; you'll be at the heart of our transformation journey. As a key member of the SLT, you will: Lead the overhaul and professionalisation of the finance function. Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure financial alignment with the business's goals. Implement robust systems and processes to enhance financial reporting and efficiency. Provide insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making. About you: You will be available to start immediately or on short notice, ideally be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) who is experienced in working within fast-paced and evolving environments (ideally manufacturing), experienced in reporting to Group and have experience of developing financial controls, processes and systems.
