Job Title: Specialist Site Manager - Drylining Location: Tadley and other sites Salary: £50,000 - £57,000 Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent The Opportunity An established building and construction firm is looking for a driven Specialist Site Manager to lead on-site delivery across multiple projects. Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll ensure high standards in health & safety, quality, and budget performance, while motivating teams and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities of the Specialist Site Manager - Drylining: Lead site operations to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets Use digital tools to support planning, compliance, and reporting Communicate regularly with clients, manage expectations and resolve issues Work closely with commercial teams on budgeting and resource planning Support and develop assistant supervisors and operatives Enforce ethical standards and inclusive site culture Drive continuous improvement and high performance What We're Looking For Proven experience managing construction/drywall projects Strong leadership and organisational skills Confident engaging with clients and managing teams Willingness to travel across sites Solid knowledge of industry practices, materials, and systems Required Qualifications CSCS Manager Card (NVQ Level 4) SMSTS First Aid (min 1-day) PASMA Relevant qualifications in construction or management To hear more about the Specialist Site Manager - Drylining role, contact Ollie on (phone number removed)
