Site Manager

The Company: We are working with an award-winning Regional Building Contractor whose NW team would generally deliver projects for public and private sector clients valued up to £5 Million mainly in the affordable housing and education sectors. They are privately owned, long established, well respected and secure work from a combination of public sector procurement frameworks and private sector clients. The Role: Due to growth and an impressive pipeline of work set for the rest of 2025 and beyond, they are now in a position to recruit a Site Manager to join their team. They are looking to meet with local individuals who have a proven track record working as a Site Manager for a main contractor on similar to those mentioned above. You: You will be based in or able to commute to Greater Manchester on a daily basis. You will have a proven track record working as a Site Manager for a Main Contractor on similar schemes to those mentioned above. You will be IT literate and have an understanding of construction contracts. Rewards: You will receive a good salary and benefits package.
