Salary: £80,000 Comprehensive Benefits Sector: Residential Construction (Shell & Core Focus) An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Project Manager to join an established and respected building services contractor delivering a high-profile residential scheme in Southbank, Waterloo. With an annual turnover of approximately £70 million, this contractor has built a solid reputation for delivering complex mechanical packages across London and the South East. This role offers the chance to be a key player in a dynamic and growing business. The Role: You will take the lead on the Shell & Core mechanical package of a prestigious residential development.
