We are currently seeking a motivated Assistant Case Handler to join a well-established and growing conveyancing firm based in Milton Keynes. Key Responsibilities: Assisting with client and introducer updates. Preparing and issuing Draft Contracts on property sales. Drafting financial statements for sales transactions. Handling redemption statements from lenders. Managing and diarising enquiries, purchase contracts, and replies. Supporting with exchanges, completion letters, and financial packs. Providing essential administrative support to conveyancers.The Candidate Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document handling. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines. Previous experience in conveyancing or legal administration is essential. A proactive and team-oriented approach to work
