Associate Project Manager

The Role Otis is now seeking to recruit an Associate Project Manager to support Project Managers/Senior Project Managers in leading and managing Lift Installation projects, mostly in the South West region including Bristol, Somerset, Oxfordshire and Berkshire. Working on key sites with leading edge technology, key responsibilities will include: * Supporting all aspects of volume projects, working closely with the project team to mitigate any risk * Developing project plans and ensuring optimal quality * Designing all project methodologies and providing efficient deliverables * Ensuring compliance and assisting in resolving all issues in functional processes * Maintaining knowledge of all safety regulations in projects, recommending improvements to all projects and implementing all processes according to timeframe and budget. * Documenting all records of events and issues * Processing and monitoring all programs and preparing status reports to present to clients on weekly basis. Required Skills & Experience: * Fully Proficient in MS Office applications, including excellent skill in Excel and MS Project * Strong organisation, communication and administrative skills are essential * Experience in project-based roles would be an advantage. Ie Project Manager, Project Administrator, Project Support, Junior/Assistant Project Manager * Experience within the Lift, Construction or Infrastructure industry is an advantage * PRINCE2 or equivalent qualification is an advantage * CSCS & SMSTS card is an advantage * Full UK Driving Licence * Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Engineering/ Business Management/Project Management or another relevant area preferred What We Offer: * Competitive Basic Car / Allowance Paid Travel Bonus Benefits * Employee Scholarship Scheme & Educational Assistance Scheme - Otis will support you through your studies if you wish to gain further qualifications including HNC, Bachelors and Masters Degrees. * The opportunity to work for the world’s leading lift manufacturer, with some of the most prestigious customers the South West
