Scaffolding Labourer – Immediate Start | Yorkshire-Based | Temp-to-Perm Opportunity We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Scaffolding Labourer to join a well-established, growing client operating across Yorkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for long-term, stable work with room to grow and upskill. The Role: * Daily rate: From £130 (depending on experience) * Bonus of £20–£40 per day, depending on the site * Overtime available: £50 for 2 extra hours * Weekend shifts occasionally available (shorter working day, paid at standard rate) * Work is street-based, not on construction sites – includes tasks such as rendering and guttering Working Hours: * Monday to Friday: 6:45 AM – 4:00 PM * Weekend work occasionally available (usually finishing around 12–1 PM) Requirements: * Minimum 2 years’ scaffolding experience * Valid CSCS Card * Full driving licence – required to travel to various client sites across Yorkshire * Strong work ethic and good timekeeping * Ability to work as part of a team and follow all health and safety guidelines What’s on Offer: * Flexible payment options – available through both self-employed and PAYE * Temp-to-perm opportunity through PAYE (first 12 weeks if applicable) * Long-term permanent position for the right candidate * Career development opportunities, including gaining additional tickets and certifications * Supportive team environment with consistent hours and financial incentives Location: * Projects based throughout Yorkshire * Must be able to meet the team at 6:45 AM daily
