Façade Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager – Façade Packages Location: London & South East Salary: £70,000 – £90,000 (flexible for exceptional candidates) Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time Working Pattern: Hybrid (Office / Site / Home as needed) The Opportunity We are working with a design-led specialist contractor that delivers high-end, architecturally driven façade packages across some of London’s most prestigious commercial, public and education sector projects. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver full envelope packages from pre-construction through to completion. You’ll be joining a business that prides itself on quality, innovation and strong relationships with architects and Tier 1 contractors. This role will suit someone who thrives in a technically challenging environment and enjoys taking ownership of complex project delivery. Key Responsibilities * Lead the planning, coordination and execution of façade works on multiple projects * Take ownership of programme delivery, budget control and quality assurance * Act as the key point of contact for clients, architects, consultants and internal teams * Manage site-based teams and subcontractors to ensure seamless delivery * Ensure all works comply with HSEQ regulations and contractual obligations * Work closely with internal design and commercial teams to resolve technical issues * Attend regular progress meetings, produce reports and update project stakeholders * Drive performance on-site and uphold the company’s standards of excellence * Contribute to procurement, value engineering and project forecasting activities Requirements * Proven track record as a Project Manager within façade or external envelope contracting * Strong understanding of curtain walling, rainscreen cladding, glazing and unitised systems * Able to manage both site delivery and client interface simultaneously * Confident with programming, risk management and contract administration * Experience working with Tier 1 main contractors or high-spec sub-contract packages * Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills * SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications are preferred * Able to commute to sites across London and attend the office as required What’s on Offer * Competitive salary between £70,000 – £90,000 (with flexibility for standout candidates) * Full-time permanent position with long-term progression opportunities * Hybrid working (mix of office, site and home) * Work with a highly experienced and collaborative leadership team * Be part of a business delivering innovative and award-winning façade solutions
