Job Title: Site Manager Location: Heathrow Contract Type: Contract Start Date: ASAP Salary: To be discussed About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of an installation project. This is a hands-on, dynamic role overseeing a mechanical and electrical engineering team ranging from 4 to 8 engineers on site. You’ll be responsible for coordinating all on-site activity, managing site reporting, and ensuring that safety and quality standards are upheld at every stage of the installation. Key Responsibilities: * Manage a team of mechanical and electrical engineers * Oversee installation processes including: * Datum setting of platform positions * Marking and drilling for column/hanger baseplates * Raising and fixing of columns, hangers, and beams * Installation of cross braces, decking, guard rails, and stairs * Execute and manage the site management plan * Conduct and lead site coordination meetings * Weekly site reporting on: * Progress updates * Health, Safety & Environmental matters * Material deliveries * Site organization and workforce * Technical challenges * Resources and planning * Photo documentation Requirements: * Proven experience in managing construction or mechanical/electrical installation projects * Strong understanding of mechanical assembly and site operations * Excellent communication and team leadership skills * Proficient in project reporting and coordination * First Aid (5-Day) training – essential * Experience with ProTrack – desirable Why Join Us?
