Site Manager - Lincolnshire (Freelance) Our client is a leading construction and refurbishment specialist renowned for delivering high-quality projects across various sectors. With a strong reputation for excellence, we're seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee and drive refurbishment projects to successful completion. The Role: As Site Manager, you will take full ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves managing subcontractors and suppliers, coordinating fire protection refurbishments including fire doors and sprinkler systems, as well as some light groundworks. Key Responsibilities: Manage refurbishment projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless delivery. Oversee fire protection works such as fire door installations and sprinkler system refurbishments. Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, including groundworks activities. Conduct regular site inspections to enforce health and safety compliance. Efficiently manage project timelines, budgets, and resources. Liaise closely with clients, stakeholders, and senior management. Identify and resolve site challenges proactively to keep projects on track. Ensure strict adherence to building regulations, fire safety standards, and company policies.
