Workshop Manager – Fabrication & Welding Location: Nottingham, UK Salary: Dependent on Experience Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Recruiting on behalf of a leading mechanical fabrication specialist Clements Young is recruiting on behalf of a well-established mechanical contractor based in Nottingham for a Workshop Manager to lead a busy and highly skilled fabrication and welding facility. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual who thrives in a hands-on leadership role and takes pride in delivering high-quality work across a range of projects. The Role: You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations within the workshop, managing a team of welders and fabricators, ensuring projects are delivered to specification, and maintaining a high standard of safety, quality, and productivity.
