Job Title: Contracts Manager Employment Type: Permanent Start Date: July 2025 Location: Based in or local to Merseyside and travel to North West sites Salary & Benefits: £55,000-£65,000 DOE Car Allowance 25 Days Holiday Pension Full Health Benefits (after 6 months) About the Role I am seeking a dedicated and experienced Contracts Manager to join a well-regarded regional contractor, known for its strong brand, engaging company culture, and excellent project delivery in the public sector. You'll oversee 1-2 sites at a time, managing projects from £500k to £2M across Education, Leisure, and Public sector. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all contract-related activities across multiple live sites Work closely with the design team, Quantity Surveyors, and project planners Oversee programme development and ensure timely project delivery Liaise with stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication Uphold quality, health and safety, and compliance standards throughout Requirements Proven experience in public sector projects, ideally in schools, leisure facilities, and/or blue light schemes Based within 15-20 miles of Merseyside Strong understanding of managing design teams, programming, and planning Demonstrable experience running multiple construction projects of £500k-£2M in value Ideally hold an HNC/HND (or equivalent) in Construction or a related field 4 years at Contracts Manager level What's in It for You: Join a company with a great regional reputation and a modern, vibrant office Competitive salary & package Exciting projects Interviews will be held WC 23rd June.
