Role: Multi Trader – Plumbing & Carpentry Location: West London & Northern Home Counties Salary: £30,000 - £36,0000 pa package (pay review upon completion of 3-month probationary period) Package includes: – Company van & fuel card – 20 days annual leave bank holidays – Pension Contributions Key responsibilities: * Carrying out responsive and planned maintenance across social housing stock * Installing, repairing and maintaining plumbing systems (e.g. pipework, bathrooms, kitchens) * Performing carpentry duties—doors, frames, shelving, structural repairs * Managing tasks from start to finish diagnosis, repair, reporting, follow-up * Ensuring work complies with safety standards, building regulations and house rules * Communicating effectively with tenants, housing officers and colleagues ✅ Ideal candidate — must demonstrate: * Qualified, hands-on skills in both plumbing and carpentry * Strong background in social housing maintenance and tenant‑facing experience * Clean, valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel across sites * Own hand tools and proactive, flexible approach to workload * Reliable, professional, customer-focused mindset Why this is a great opportunity: You’ll join a financially robust and reputable business that’s steadily expanding and delivering high-quality work across multiple disciplines.
