Role: Contracts Manager - Roofing Location: Coleshill Duration: Permanent Industry: Roofing / Housing Salary: c£40,000 - £45,000 Vehicle fuel card package My client is looking for someone to take on the role of Contract Manager for the roofing arm of a larger group of businesses. As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing roof tiling contracts across multiple sites, liaising with site managers, clients, and suppliers to ensure each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. A knowledge of roofing will be beneficial. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of roof tiling contracts. Act as the main point of contact for clients, site managers, and contractors. Schedule and manage labour resources, ensuring appropriate staffing levels. Ensure projects are completed to specification, quality standards, and health & safety regulations. Prepare cost reports, variations, and progress updates. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues. Negotiate terms with suppliers and subcontractors as needed. Manage documentation including RAMS, contracts, and compliance paperwork.
