Mechanical Project Manager

The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Project Manager to join a leading MEP contractor on a long-term residential development based in Bow. This is a permanent opportunity with a well-established contractor that is part of a larger group with an annual turnover of approximately £70 million. This role is ideal for a driven individual looking to develop a long-term career with a forward-thinking business. You will play a key role in managing and delivering a high-quality mechanical installation on a major residential scheme from start to finish. Key Responsibilities * Manage the full mechanical package on-site including planning, installation, and commissioning * Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations * Monitor progress against project timelines and budgets * Lead and coordinate subcontractors and site operatives * Maintain accurate documentation and reporting Requirements * Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager, ideally on residential or mixed-use developments * Strong technical background in building services/mechanical systems * Excellent organisational and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressure * SMSTS or equivalent safety certification preferred What’s On Offer * Competitive salary of £70,000 – £80,000 * Excellent benefits package * Opportunity for career growth within a stable, expanding contractor * Supportive leadership team and structured project pipeline
