Structural Steel Fabricator – £16.00–£17.00/hour – Lincoln – Temp to Perm We are currently recruiting for an experienced Structural Steel Fabricator to join a well-established engineering company based in Lincoln. This is a full-time, long-term position with a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate. The role offers the chance to work with a professional and growing team specialising in the fabrication of large structural steel components for construction and industrial projects. Duties will include: * Fabricating structural steel from drawings (e.g., beams, columns, platforms) * Using MIG welding and fabrication tools * Cutting, drilling, and preparing materials * Working to high-quality standards in a busy workshop environment Requirements: * Proven experience working with structural steel * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Proficient in MIG welding and fabrication processes * Reliable, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail * Own PPE preferred Details: * Location: Lincoln * Pay: £16.00–£17.00/hour (depending on experience) * Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time * Contract: Temporary to Permanent * Weekly pay through our agency
