We are expanding our team and seeking Joiners & Semi-Skilled Joiners who are friendly, motivated, and eager to grow with us. Key Responsibilities * Read and interpret technical drawings to produce high-quality components. * Use hand and power tools to shape, cut, and assemble wood components. * Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring all safety procedures are followed. * Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient production. * Report any quality or safety concerns to the Supervisor/Factory Manager. Key Skills & Requirements * Ability to follow technical drawings and specifications with precision. * Experience using hand and power tools for carpentry. * Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team. * Good communication and interpersonal skills.
