Welder / Fabricator – £13.50–£16/hour – ST5 – Immediate Start We are currently recruiting for an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join a busy and growing architectural metalwork company based in Newcastle-under-Lyme (ST5 ). This is a great opportunity for skilled individuals to join a long-established business producing high-quality fencing, gates, railings, handrails, balustrades, and other bespoke metalwork items. ________________________________________ The Role: • MIG welding and fabricating mild steel components • Working from technical drawings • Producing a range of architectural metalwork • Use of hand tools, grinders, drills, and other fabrication machinery • Mostly workshop-based with occasional site work (if required) ________________________________________ ✅ Requirements: • Proven experience as a welder or fabricator (or both) • Comfortable reading and working from technical drawings • Experience with MIG welding essential • Reliable, with good attention to detail • Own PPE preferred ________________________________________ Pay: • £13.50 – £16.00/hour, depending on experience and role • Weekly pay via agency ________________________________________ Location: ST5 – Newcastle-under-Lyme Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday Start: Immediate
