Contracts Manager - Roofing & Cladding Location: Derbyshire based Salary: Up to £55,000 based on experience Additional: Car allowance and fully company benefits package Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in roofing and cladding? Do you thrive on delivering high-quality projects safely, on time, and within budget? If so, we may have the perfect role for you. About the Role: As Contracts Manager, you will oversee multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion. You will ensure that all operations run smoothly, safely, and in accordance with specification and programme requirements. Key Responsibilities: Manage contracts across a portfolio of roofing and cladding projects. Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff. Ensure compliance with health & safety and environmental standards. Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Conduct regular site visits, progress meetings, and inspections. Requirements: Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the cladding and/or roofing industry. Strong knowledge of façade systems, rainscreen cladding, built-up systems, and flat or pitched roofing. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of construction contracts, CDM regulations, and project financials.
