HR Advisor – Temporary (6 Months) Day Rate: £270 - £290 per day Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, Hybrid (50% office / 50% home – may vary depending on case requirements) Office Locations: Norfolk, Suffolk, Greenwich, Tower Hamlets We are currently seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team on a 6-month temporary basis. This role offers a dynamic hybrid working environment and the opportunity to work across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities of a HR Advisor: * Take ownership of employee relations (ER) cases, providing end-to-end support * Deliver training sessions on HR topics including disciplinary and grievance procedures * Offer expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on a range of HR processes and queries * Carry out general case administration and esnure HR Polices are adhered to * Ensure managers are following the correct HR guidelines and offer support where needed Experience & Skills Required for this HR Advisor position: * Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent HR experience * Strong background in managing ER cases * Confident in delivering HR training to individuals and groups * Comfortable using the Google Workspace platform This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident HR professional with a strong ER background to contribute to a fast-paced and supportive team.
