Quantity Surveyor – Bristol – Tier 2 Contractor Up to £65,000 Package | Residential Projects | Bristol We’re representing a successful Tier 2 building contractor in Bristol who are looking to recruit a strong Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. The business has a great reputation for delivering design & build residential projects up to £10m across the South West. You’ll take commercial responsibility for one or two live projects, working closely with the wider team and reporting to a Senior QS or Commercial Manager. The company is known for repeat business, strong client relationships, and promoting from within. Key responsibilities include: * Procurement of subcontractors and materials * CVRs, reporting, and client liaison * Contract administration and final accounts * Working closely with operations to ensure cost-effective delivery What’s on offer?
