Design Manager – Bristol – Commercial Fit Out Up to £90,000 Package | High-Quality Office & Workplace Projects | Bristol An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Design Manager to join a leading commercial fit-out and refurbishment contractor in Bristol. This company delivers high-end CAT A & B schemes for blue-chip clients and is known for its fast-track delivery and attention to detail. You’ll be working as part of a knowledgeable pre-construction and delivery team, helping manage the design coordination, consultant engagement, and client liaison across multiple workplace and office fit-out projects. Your day-to-day: * Coordinating design development from pre-con through to delivery * Managing consultant teams including architects and M&E designers * Working closely with the commercial and delivery team to resolve design challenges * Ensuring compliance with building regs, fire strategy, and client standards Why join this team?
